  • THIS EVENT IS STANDING ONLY, seats and chairs of any kind not permitted into the event.
  • There is no re-admission after entry. Please plan ahead because once you’re in, you’re in!
  • We can rely on the British weather to be unpredictable so please come prepared with sun cream and hats if the weather is good and waterproof coats and shoes if the weather is bad! No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Umbrellas are not permitted.
  • No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the events (with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml, and baby food where not in glass containers).
  • If you have a medical reasoning for having your own food and/or beverage on you, you are permitted to bring in only enough food/beverages for your personal consumption. Please inform security at the gate of this provision upon arrival and be aware this may be subject to additional searches.
  • We will not allow large bags into the events but you will be permitted to take small bags in with you.  We class small bags as no larger than A4 size (297mm x 210mm x 210mm).
  • No banners, flags or laser pens are permitted.
  • Animals, with the exception of registered assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Event.
  • The unauthorised use of photographic, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated and any tapes or films destroyed.
  • Please note that there may be additional measures in place to ensure the safety of staff and guests which may vary according to health and safety and government advice at the time of the Event (and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused Entry and/or ejected from the Event).

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.  Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

We advise that the event may not be suitable for young children, especially those under 2yrs of age. However, if you do arrive with a non-ticketed child under 2yrs old, please report to the box office where an attendant will provide a complementary ticket. All children 3yrs and older will need to have a purchased ticket. Buggies and necessary care bags will be permitted, but please be advised that additional security checks may take place.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the events (with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml, and baby food where not in glass containers) but there will be a range of food and drink available to purchase on site.

There will be free drinking water on site.

If you have a medical reasoning for having your own food and/or beverage on you, you are permitted to bring in only enough food/beverages for your personal consumption. Please inform security at the gate of this provision upon arrival and be aware this may be subject to additional searches.

If tickets are not listed on the above page it means that they are sold out.

If you are in need of a British Sign Language (BSL) Performance Interpreter, please contact AEG Presents via the contact form at the bottom of the page here. Requests for a BSL Interpreter must be made before 1st May 2024.

Viewing Platform:
This raised platform is designed for wheelchair-users and those with disabilities, and a Personal Assistant (PA) if required.

Ticket includes:
· A free Personal Assistant Pass (this ticket type is sold in multiples of 2: one paying customer plus one free PA)
· A reserved place on the Viewing Platform at the Main Stage
· General Admission entry
· Use of accessible toilets, which are allocated at the Viewing Platform and Medics + Welfare.
· Chairs on the platform will be provided with priority for customers requiring these.

A customer and PA pass providing access to the above will be provided at the Viewing Platform area on the day.

The PA pass is interchangeable during the event, so if customers come in a group it can be swapped with other members of the party to gain access to the viewing areas.

Proof of disability will be required on the day of the show, to provide you with access to the above booked facilities.

Companion Tickets to General Admission and Gold Circle

Companion tickets can be added to orders as and when requested for the General Admission and Gold Circle areas. When booking please contact Gigantic as soon as you have purchased a ticket through them to request a companion ticket to be added to your order. Both the general admission and gold circle areas are standing only. No chairs are permitted into the shows so please bear this in mind.

Should you require a seat, we allow seat sticks to be brought into the Event for those with disabilities or impairments. Please note that a seat stick is a stick with a split handle at the top that folds out to form a small seat. All other types of seating including but not limited to camping chairs, inflatable seats are not permitted in line with our event safety and crowd management policies.

Warwick Castle is located less than 2 miles from junction 15 of the M40, and is a short taxi ride or ten-minute walk from Warwick railway station.
